Volleyball: Draw made for 4th Edition of U-15 Gala.

The Executive council of the now Bole Juvenile Volleyball Association met on Thursday, 3rd June, 2021, and made the draw for the upcoming 4th Edition of U-15 Volleyball Gala in Mandari.

The tournament which begins on 27th June, 2021 will see six teams each in the boys and girls categories competing for honors.

In the girls category, the host community Mandari which was seeded will battle Seripe and Dabouyiri whiles Simariyiri, three times winners and the defending champions will be confident of easing their way to the top of group B leaving Bole and Maluwe to fight for the other slot.

Meanwhile, in the highly competitive boys category, first time winners and the defending champions Seripe has been placed in group B to do battle with Maluwe and debutants Bole.

Last time first runner’s up and two time winners Mandari are in Group A as host and will square up with promising Simariyiri and One time finalists Dabouyiri.

The two top teams in each group for both categories will advance to the Semi finals.

The council also resolved that all teams would report in the morning of 27th June and play group matches in the evening.

The organising Secretary Mr Osman Issahaku a.k.a Champion thanked members for coming and promised them that they would be put on the known as soon as he is done securing sponsorship for the tournament.

The two-day exciting tournament would be witnessed by a lot of dignitaries from far and near including the President of the Ghana Federation of Volleyball and all regional Chairmen of the five northern regions as well as sports masters of various senior high schools.
