The Youth organizer of the Sawla -Tuna-Kalba constituency NDC, Sofitey John, is reported dead through a motor accident on his way to Sawla in order to join the Savannah Regional campaign launch at Damongo last Friday.
The late John was also the Assemblyman for Garkuon Electoral Area of the Sawla -Tuna-Kalba District Assembly.
Messages of condolence have started pouring in following the incident.
“Death is said to be inevitable but the time and means through which some people embark on this journey of no return is too painful and unexplainable. I wish to express my deepest condolences to the family and loved ones in these difficult times,” Anboon Emmanuel, an other youth organizer noted.
Jacob Nwaangu Gbelinyari ,a member of the Sawla -Tuna-Kalba constituency communication team writes, “On my behalf I wish to express my condolences to the entire constituency and the NDC party ,the youth wing and the family of the deceased Sofitey John whose death happened in an unfortunate accident today. May his soul rest in the bosom of the Lord.”
