The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Bole-Bamboi constituency has extended solidarity message to the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) on the elections of their constituency executives scheduled April 28, in several constituencies across the country.
A statement issued by the Bole-Bamboi communication officer Bashiru Amantana on behalf of the constituency secretary, which was made available to Yagbon News said the NDC expect the constituency NPP to deepen its internal democracy by accepting the outcome of the elections, congratulating winning candidates and working together for a common goal.
The statement added that “the opportunity has yet again been presented to choose leaders that will steer affairs of your political party that has made President Mahama an incomparable historical President due to his cultivated economic and infrastructure gains”.
As the NPP without an option prepares to handover power to President Mahama and the NDC in 2025, it is incumbent on you(NPP) to put aside all unnecessary gymnastics that will lead to any bewilder during and after your constituency elections, added the statement.
“We pray that contestants of this years election will reduce the mounting monetization even before and during your event tomorrow”,said the statement.
“NPP executives go NPP executives come”, Bole-Bamboi NDC will continue to make you lazy apparatchiks in the face of you party, that you must note. No among of reshuffling will save you,the statement furthered.
According to the Bole-Bamboi NDC Vladimir Putin once said, “We will keep a close eye on what is happening and wait for the election results and after that we will be ready to work with any administration given that it wants to work with us”.
