GH¢10,000.00 bounty on killers of Bakawe Stephen.

The family of the late Bakawe Stephen has announced a GH¢10,000.00 bounty to anyone who could provide credible information leading to the arrest of the robbers who shot and killed their son Bakawe Stephen in Bole.

This was announced in a statement issued by the family on Wednesday, March 11, 2020.

The statement issued by the family and a copy given to Yagbon Radio is detailed as” We have contacted the police for so many occasions and want the whole world to know that not enough has been done to our late son’s case.”

The statement added that no CID is handling their son’s case their checks revealed and they’re considering petitioning the Savannah Regional Police Commander.

The family adds that, for the meantime, we whole heatedly pledge ten thousand Ghana cedis for anybody who gives credible information to the police leading to the arrest of the culprits of the late Stephen Bakawe, we believe in rule of law ,we therefore plead on behalf of the family for the police to speed up investigations, we are ready to cooperate with the police for justice to be served.

The family however remains grateful to the good people of Bole and all sympathizers during their difficult times.

The late Bakawe Stephen was a mobile money vendor who was shot dead and robbed of his money and mobile phones by unknown assailants on December 27, 2019 , after he has closed from work around 9:00pm.

No arrest has since not been made after his death.
