RAK Academy presents sporting kits to Gboodaa juvenile volleyball team.

RAk Academy, a fast growing private basic school in Bole town through the proprietor, Mr Richard Abdulai Kaara has presented sporting kits to Gbogdaa juvenile volleyball team to enable the team compete with other teams outside Bole.

He made the donation to the team due to their passion towards the game of volleyball.

Mr Richard donated two sets of jersey pair of coach snickers five pairs of players snickers two Jerseys for the coaches .

The donation was done by RAK Academy and funded by RAK Micro finance also owned by him.

Addressing elders and people of Gbogdaa the proprietor of RAK Academy Richard Abdulai Kaara said education is the key to success and hence parents must take the education of their children seriously.

He said he wished to see children of Gbogdaa excelling in education through volleyball.

He mentioned that he was overwhelmed the last time he visited the the team to see it activities said the best one can do is to touch a life that is exactly what he is doing for the people if Gbogdaa.

Speaking to the media Mr Abdulai Kaara said he his team was in the community to donate a volleyball but been overwhelmed by the passion of the team members he h added them Ghc200 .

Mr John Daamah, who spoke on behalf the community members express their gratitude to Mr Richard for the support.

He said what he has done means a lot about the kind of personality he is and asked for God blessings for him.

Mrs Daamah Benedicta on behalf the women said the first time he visited the community she was not around so couldn’t received cutlass from the philanthropist but was glad with his donation.

The trainer for the juvenile team, Mr Osman Issahaku said Mr Richard to support them promised but had delivered earlier.

According him they realized the children like the volleyball so they decided that if you are not a student you can’t be part of the team and this is keeping the children in school.

The Assembly Member for the area said before someone can do something like this for a community that means the community is already united.

He also encouraged the team to play with the game with all seriousness to make RAK proud during the up coming juvenile competition.
