The Former Director of Human Resources of the Ghana Health Services, Dr. Margaret Miewien Cherbere , on Saturday, April 27, 2024, received a citation and an undisclosed amount from the Nakpala Area Youth Association in recognition of her accessibility and dedication to youth development in the area.
Many youth around the area including women have lauded the efforts of the former Director for her livelihood support to them which has transformed them.
Presenting the citation to the retired Director, Mr Donhuno Denis, President of the association expressed appreciation to Dr Margaret for the support and assistance that she gave the youth within the area. We appreciate you and your contribution to youth development.”
Dr. Margaret has over the years been acclaimed as having a very cordial relationship with the youth of area, a relationship that transcends her time as Director of Human Resources of the Ghana Health Services.
The citation was presented to her at Accra when the Accra branch of the Birifor Youth Association installed her as the Birifor queen mother of the Birifor community in Accra.
Parts of the citation read “We, the Nakpal Area Youth Association, are delighted to present this citation in recognition of your exceptional leadership and dedicated service to the Nakpal Area Youth Association”.
Your tireless efforts and commitment to the welfare and growth of our area have been truly commendable.
Your contributions have played a significant role in unifying and inspiring the youth in the area, ensuring the successful operation of the Youth Association.
Your leadership has set a high standard , encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
We extend our deepest appreciation for your invaluable service and the positive impact you have had on the entire association.
Your continued dedication and leadership are eagerly anticipated for an even brighter future.
Naa Louis Domosurima was also installed as the chief of the Birifor community in Accra.
Delmwin Erpotey and Vivien Neormah Brew were also installed as youth chief and queen mother respectively of the Birifor community in Accra.
