Chache Electoral Area Assemblyman Outlines Developement Agenda For His Area.

The Assemblyman for Chache Electoral Area in the Bole District Mr. Kunsaari Ebong Alim,  has outlined a five -point development agenda for the year 2023.

The development plan contained in a statement released by the Assemblyman who serves at the Justice and Security and Agriculture sub- committees at the Assembly, tackle areas such as; education, health, roads and infrastructure development, water and sanitation and women empowerment.

The statement also highlighted some programmes, projects and interventions in his area in the year 2022

According to him, he distributed used clothes and sandals to various groups of people, the vulnerable, pupils, community members and youth as part of celebrating Christmas.

He said he held a community durbar at Chache Primary School for Chache Zone with Chache community, Mamadukuraa, Maanukuraa, Jankpulokuraa people in attendance to account to the people, subject his tenure to questions and answers and some way forward projects.

The Assemblyman who is very popular within his Electoral Area and at the Assembly mentioned that he toured around schools in his Electoral Area to affirm that schools were resumed during January 2023.

He also donated teaching and learning materials (TLMs) to Tinyekuraa basic school as fulfilment of a promise to get each school a desktop computer.

He inaugurated a Mentorship club in Jentige Junior High School to be managed by Yelewonomah Sansah a student of KNUST who hails from the community and a current beneficiary of MasterCard scholarship.

The Assemblyman added another community durbar in Jentige for Jentige community, Matimihu, Tinyekuraa, Donkokuraa, Dasokuraa and Yombokuraa to account our stewardship for the past four years, get guidance through questions and answers and some plans ahead was successfully held.

“Widows Social Inclusion project started through support from some of my mentors, friends and social club members, We hope molding of pots and other items will be an alternative source of income for these women on the project”, he stated.

As an Electoral Area, our developmental challenges can’t finish because we always envision to grow and geared towards achieving the following initiatives for the year 2023; to get a library stocked with books and computers for the Chache Electoral Area and I know through NASCO Feeding Minds and other stakeholders, this is possible.

“To get a Mosque established for the Area in order for Muslims in that enclave to observe Jumuah every Friday. This I know Zakat Foundation of America if they get to know our needs could support us. Any individual with the ability could come to our aid”, he added.

According to him he will continue with Youth development in education and skills training while taking measures to reduce Farmers -herdsmen conflicts.

Lobbying for physical or infrastructural development (Renovation of teachers quarters in Jentige, Roads clearance and provisions of water to communities is yet another development agenda to be accomplished in the year 2023.

The Assemblyman therefore called on all and sundry to join hands for the common good of his Electoral Area.
