The organising committee of the Bole District Under 15 boys and girls Volleyball Gala Competition has set Monday 28th June, 2021 for the finals of the 4th edition at Mandari.

Speaking to Seidu Iddrisu Ibin of Yagbon Radio Sports, the organising Secretary, Mr. Osman Issahaku (Champion) said the date was agreed upon after a meeting was held on Thursday April 29th 2021 at Prof Guest House in Bole.

He said the committee also agreed that all teams would report on 28th June and all preliminary matches would be played by evening of the Sunday.

Champion also happily revealed that the committee has also managed to secure a headline sponsor for the tournament. He explained that even though the details were yet to be finalised Pomasidor Ghana LTD through its miski brand has agreed to partner the Bole District U-15 Volleyball organising committee.

He however said it was not going to be a complete sponsorship hence they were still appealing to other companies, institutions, organisations as well as individuals to come and help especially with regards to feeding of the children.

Six communities including Madari, Seripe, Simariyiri, Maluwe, Dabouyiri and Bole have so far confirmed thier participation.

Seripe and Simarayiri won boys’and girls’ trophy respectively at the third edition.
Mr Osman also reiterated that the National President of the Ghana Federation of Volleyball as well as the Reginal Chairmen for Savannah, Northern, North-East, Upper West and Upper East would be in attendance.
