
The Paramount Chief of Bole Traditional Area and the President of the Bole Traditional Council Yiram Bolewura Sarfo Kutuge Feso I on Tuesday 7th April 2026 Held a Traditional Council Meeting At Mum and Dad Lodge .
Speaking at the Council Meeting Yiram Bolewura Sarfo Kutuge Feso (I) stated that as a custodian of the land and tradition, i Bolewura Sarfo Kutuge Feso (I) Paramount Chief of Bole Traditional Council standing before you not only as Bolewura but as a representative of the hopes, concerns and aspirations of our people.
Our community is rich in culture, history, and human potential and however, potential alone cannot transform lives, it must be supported by deliberate development efforts and strong partnership.
He added that, he recognize and appreciate the role of this current government in national development and yet, development becomes truly meaningful when it reaches the grassroots, when it improves the daily lives of our people in areas such as education Healthcare, infrastructure, agriculture and youth empowerment.
In my reign as the Bolewura, i wish to state clearly and respectfully that it is earnest desire to see significant and visible development take place in Bole in collaboration with the President, John Mahama.
I respectfully urge you, our government representatives, to intensify your commitment to Bole Traditional Area, we need improved road networks to connect our communities and markets.
We need better equipped schools to prepare our children for the future and we need sustainable economic opportunities that will empower our youth and reduce unemployment.
He also call for regular engagement between government authorities and traditional leadership and when we communicate effectively we prevent misunderstanding and ensure that projects reflect the true needs of the people.
“The time for promise has passed and so the time for action is now, this the time for the development of Bole Traditional Area as well as the whole of Gonja Kingdom”.
It may take us centuries of years to get this opportunity at hand and so I implore you all to put up your possible best so that we can be able to point out individuals as well as you collective effort in the development of Bole during your tenure of office as an appointee of John Mahama.
Let us work together to transform Bole into a model of rural development that reflects the collective will and shared vision of it’s leaders and citizen.
I reaffirm our readiness as a Traditional Council to support all initiatives that aim to bring progress to our land, we look forward to seeing tangible outcomes from this collaboration for the benefit of present and future generation.
