A group of Birifor /Dagaaba caucus in the Bole -Bamboi constituency of the Savannah Region have made a significant contribution to the campaign of Hon. Yusif Sulemana by donating Ghc16,700 to support him in the upcoming December 7th elections.

The group presented the cash to the MP at his residence in Bole on Wednesday, December 4.

Manu Daniel, leader of the group and coordinator for Tinga electoral area , said the donation is a testament to their confidence in Hon.Yusif Sulemana and Mahama’s ability to lead the country out of its current challenges.

According him , this donation represents not only their dedication to the party but also their trust in Mahama’s and Yusif’s vision for the future of Ghana.

“Our group wanted to find a meaningful way to show our support for the campaign,” stated Mr Manu Daniel.

“Ghana is facing unprecedented challenges, including an economy in crisis, unsustainable debt levels, soaring unemployment, and unbridled corruption,” Manu Daniel said.

“We have confidence that President Mahama will restore fiscal discipline, end impunity, and bring about the needed change when elected as the next president and Yusif Sulemana as our MP ,” he added.

He believes the donation can be used to buy fuel and provide feeding for party agents on the day of elections.

The group pledged to retain the incumbent Member of Parliament for the area.

According to them, the MP has performed creditably well even though his party is not in power.

They told Yagbon News that the performance of the Member of Parliament has been satisfactory even though his party the NDC is in opposition.

They say Hon Yusif Sulemana has embarked on remarkable developmental works in the area.

The group describes the legislator as being responsive to their developmental needs.

Hon.Yusif Sulemana thanked the group for their continuous mobilization and support.

” During the primaries they bought the forms for me and today they have dolled out such an amount in support of my campaign activities,am really touched and grateful to the Birifor/ Dagaaba caucus and I pray that may Allah grant the NDC victory in the upcoming elections”, the MP stated.
