Bole Municipal Assembly approves 2025 annual action plan.

The Bole Municipal Assembly has approved forty million Ghana Cedis for the 2025 annual action plan.

Funding sources including SOCO, DPAT, DACF, SAFTY NET, DDF, IGF Among others with each project amounting to a total of Ghc 40,001,765.40.

The Assembly approved the budget during the 2nd ordinary general meeting of the 9th assembly coupled with the last meeting for the year 2024.

Addressing the assembly members the Municipal Chief Executive Madam Veronica Alele Hemeng reminded the assembly members of the statutory requirements that necessitated the meeting .

Highlighting the various projects in the period under review she said the assembly has successfully completed the following infrastructure projects.

Construction of 1 No. 3Unit Classroom block with ancillary facilities at Bonbontey , 1No. 3Unit Classroom block with ancillary facilities at Ntereso, 1No. 3Unit Classroom Block with Ancillary facilities at Kalidu.

Under the Gulf of Guinea Social Cohesion project (SOCO) The DCE said the assembly has begun procurement process to award a construct for 2025.

The construction of an Astro-turf Football pitch in Bole, expansion of the lorry park phase II at the Gbenfu junction, lorry terminal at Tinga, a 500 meter road at Banda/Nkwanta cattle market

She also mentioned a Construction of 3No. Pavilions at Tinga, Mankuma and Kakiase health facilities.

Citing, Drilling and installation of 4No. boreholes at Doli, Ntereso, Tinga and Gbenfu junction lorry park in Bole, the registration of 48 groups including training of these interests groups

Under Safety net Hon DCE stated that Rehabilitation of Bombontey -Junction to Bombontey road(1.5km)- 65% Of work done, Rehabilitation of Nokoyiri to Simariyiri road (2.5km)- 70% of work done, small earth dam at Sonyo – 45% of work done

Under the District Road improvement program she stated that In Bole District received a Tiper truck,Backhoe,water bowsor, Roller, 2 concrete mixture,10 wheelbarrows, fuel barrels 10 with 2pumps and a pay loader

The hon DCE concluded by saying cooperation and understanding have contributed significantly towards the побой наемся we have achieved during this period of my stewardship.

In fact, it is impossible to lead an institution such as this for this long period without occasionally stepping on people’s toes unintentionally.

In the cause of our journey. we have had disagreements on certain issues periodically.

I wish to apologise to those I might have wronged in one way or the other in the discharge of my duties.

The MP for Bole Bamboi constituency admonishes assembly members to rally their people to be politically tolerant and embrace peace.

This the MP said will keep us together as a people stating that we now have a municipal status due to collaboration.

Hon Yussif called for the same collaboration to split the municipal into two.

Addressing the media the MP. said he is happy there has been clarification on DRIP equipment he express this disappointment on why this equipment were brought to the assembly without briefing assembly members.

Hon MP said in his journey with Alele Veronica has being very collaborative and wish to thank her for that cooperation from her.
