Volleyball: 5th Edition of Juvenile Gala to be staged in Bole.

The Bole District Juvenile Volleyball Committee in a meeting held on Thursday July 22, 2021 at Green Lodge unanimously agreed to stage the 5th edition of the famous Bole District Juvenile Volleyball Gala in the district capita, Bole in September, 2021.

The 6th edition would be hosted by Seripe in December whiles Dabouyiri, Maluwe, Makumah, Mandari would host the tournament in 2022 March, June, September and December respectively.
Almighty Simariyiri would be the first to stage the competition in 2023.

The committee also reviewed the first round of the novel tournament and adopted new proposals such as including U-13 and U-17 categories for both boys and girls. Thus, there will be U-13, U-15 and U-17 categories in the next editions of the tournament.

Members also once again express their profound gratitude to Miksi Choco for sponsoring the 4th edition at Mandari and remained optimistic that the company would remain headline sponsor of the tournament.

Mr Osman Issahaku, aka Champion who was acting as the organising Secretary was unanimously confirmed. Mr Zakaria Tumeto Alidu team manager of Seripe Mighty Fingers and Mr Abdul Razack Alhassan of Mandari Ball Busters were also elected as Chairman and Financial Secretary respectively to form a three – member executive council of the Committee.

The Organising Secretary took the opportunity to explained to members the essence of the upcoming Coaches and officiating officials training program and urged all teams to register at least three members for the training which would come in August 2021 in  Bole.
