Hon. Andrew Dari Chiwitey, Member of Parliament for Sawla-Tuna-Kalba constituency has sponsored a mock examination for 1,032 final year students of all 43 Junior High Schools District wide.
The question papers, answer booklets and the marking scheme were presented to the District Education Directorate by the Constituency Chairman of the NDC, Alhaji Osman Salia in the company of the constituency Communication officer, Kipo Elijah Bakar and the treasurer, Adamu Saani.
Deputy Director of Education in the District in-charge of supervision, Mr. David Dapila Dibaarnye, received the items on behalf of the directorate.
Mr. David Dibaarnye thanked the Member of Parliament and the team for his relentless efforts in enhancing quality education delivery.
He added that, the directorate was delighted and grateful to the Member of Parliament.
Alhaji Osman Salia reminded the education department of the yearly sponsorship of the mock by the Member of Parliament for the B. E. C. E candidates.
The Member of Parliament has since sponsored the District mock when he assumed office in 2017 to date as part of his commitment to ensuring the delivery of quality education in the District.
