The Savannah Regional House of Chiefs has called on media houses within the region to use their platforms to support Hariya, the Savannah Regional representative of this year’s Ghana’s Most Beautiful beauty pageant.

During a media engagement, the vice president of the Savannah Regional House of Chiefs, HRM Buipewura Abdulai Jinapor, noted the relevance of the media in current dispensation and its influence on the population.

He entreated media personals within the region to exhibit professionalism in their duties and to use their platforms to seek support for the region’s representative in the beauty pageant.

The registrar to the Savannah Regional House of Chiefs, Mr. Abutu Kapori, stated that Hariya is going to represent the region and there is the need to join forces as a people to support her.

He disclosed that activities during the WUSACUF Competition highlighted the relevance of the media and unity in such competitions and called on all stakeholders to support the region’s representative in oneness.
