Tipper truck owners in Bole and Sawla

The Paramount Chief of the Bole Traditional Area, Bole wura Sarfo Kutege  Feso (1) , has called on all tipper truck owners operating within  the  Bole Traditional Area to always endeavor to  pay their approved levies.

The Paramount chief made the call at a meeting held at his palace on Monday February, 24, 2020, with owners of tipper trucks to discuss issues concerning the activities of these vehicle owners.

He urged all tippers truck owners   to always try and pay their levies due them, that he knows they are all natives and sons of Bole Traditional Area, but that does mean they should not pay their levies.

He added that he and his elders do not touch nor spend that money, rather, the money is been use to buy cattle and rams to purify the land, in case any calamity befalls the land.

The chief noted that two weeks ago one Baba Yussif from seripe died out of this sand winning and in order to purify and pray for the land, the have to buy cattles and rams to pray for Allah’s mercy and protection upon the land.

He therefore pleaded with all the tipper truck owners not be resistant but rather pay their monies for the development of the Bole Traditional Area.

Bole wura sarfo kutege Feso (1) then tasked all owners of tipper trucks to reflect on the payment of their levies and act accordingly.
