Nana Kyeremeh Mumuni Salifu Director of Yagbon Radio in Bole including other Radio stations in Techiman and  Buipe  in the Savannah Region has attended this year’s International Broadcasting Convention at Amsterdam to equip himself with the lastest development of equipment in the transmission of radio and television.

The International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) is the most inspiring technology and content exhibition, focusing on empowering content everywhere to inspire thought leadership and innovation throughout the broadcast and electronic media industries.

IBC show assist guests in gaining the information, contacts, and insight that will determine success today and in the future, amidst continuous fast change throughout the media and technology sector.

IBC 2022 genuinely represents the revival of the media and streaming tech business, which is currently transforming into an interactive, direct-to-consumer compelling storytelling ecosystem.

The IBC held in Amsterdam annually brings together all the world manufactures of latest broadcasting equipment for exhibition so that people who are into broadcast media business, thus radio and television come to buy for their stations to thrive better.

Speaking to Yagbon News from Amsterdam, Nana Kyeremeh, urged media outlets to enhance capacity building of the media technicians in Ghana to annually support them to attend such exhibitions to equip their knowledge and understanding of broadcasting softwares and equipments.

He said technical backing for the Media capacity enhancement would position the media well to execute its mandate effectively.

The media in Ghana should be supported with the best of technical muscle to make excellence of global repute, the norm and not the exception, he added.
