The body of a man beheaded by unknown persons has been found at Bole St.Kizito B primary school in the Savannah region.

Assemblyman for the Choribang Electoral Area, Mr Mohammed Esunga, told Yagbon News that the body of the deceased was found at the veranda of the school with the head chopped off.

Also, the private part of the man was missing when the body was found.

This is the fourth murder in the town from May – July 2024.

The situation according to residents has left them in a state of fear and anxiety.

Residents say the situation has become very alarming as they go about their daily activities in fear.

Yagbon News has gathered that the body of the deceased has been deposited at the Sawla District hospital morgue.

Concerned Bole citizens last month petitioned the Minister of Interior, Henry Quartey, over the recent serial killings in Bole.

The killings have resulted in the youth of the area embarking on a peaceful demonstration to compel authorities to address the issue with immediate effect.

The Ghana Police Service has however deployed a team of experts to Bole and its environs in the Savannah Region to support the Regional Police Command in solving the reported cases of unnatural deaths in the town .

A statement signed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Director of Public Affairs, Grace Ansah-Akrofi, indicated that the experts are made up of a crime scene management team, forensic experts, intelligence officers and homicide investigators.
