The MP for Bole-Bamboi, Hon. Yusif Sulemana Ori. on Saturday 16th November 2024 donated a brand new motor bike and Twenty plastic chairs to the Bole GNFS to aid their operations in the District.
Speaking during the donation the MP mentioned that he thought it wisely that the Bole GNFS needs a transport so he donating a brand new motor bike and Twenty plastic chairs.
The MP stated that presenting the Motor bike to them will in the day today operations in the District.
“So today I came to you to seek for your votes because I want your vote to continue serving you and also remember to vote for John Dramani Mahama for him to reset Ghana it doesn’t matter the political party you belong to just vote for me and my brother John Mahama” he said.
Hon. Yusif used the opportunity to caution residents of Bole, he said the way we build is not helpful, we don’t leave space and roads in between our houses and so when there’s any fire outbreak and we call on the GNFS it maybe difficult for them to be able to render their services.
So am appeal to the residents of Bole that if you want to build respect the laws of building that is take your permit and you should be able to build within your plot and allow enough space so when there is any disaster the vehicle will have access to help us.
The District Fire officer for Bole, ADO1 Sombora Frank speaking to the Media noted that on behalf of the GNFS he is extending their profound gratitude to the MP for constructing the Appliances Bay for Bole Fire Station.
Mr. Frank stated that since the establishment of Bole Fire Station in 1993 they wrote letters to the MP predecessors to help them with an appliance Bay and the never got any support from them.
“So I wants to say we are most grateful for the support the MP offered us and we the staff of Bole Fire Station shall use it it’s intended purpose in other to save life and properties within the district” he said.
Talking about the challenges they face ADO1 Frank appeal to the MP construct an office space for the Station, fix their road to join the main road and to fix their appliance vehicle for them it will help them to deliver their services well.
Responding to the challenges the MP promised the Bole GNFS that in a week time he will donate an amount of sixteen thousand Ghana Cedis to them to fix the appliance vehicle.
