On Saturday 16th November 2024 the member of parliament for Bole-Bamboi Donated a brand new motor bike to the Bole Immigration Service to aid in their operations.
Speaking to Yagbon News the MP mentioned that as part of his familiarization tour and to also seek their votes and once they have votes it is he’s responsibility to to com to their door steps and to seek for their votes.
Hon. Yusif Sulemana added that he do appreciate their work and he has been monitoring and also see the challenges they go through, and so if you look at the number of unapproved roots in the District alone it is a huge task.
“So am here to applaud you and also encourage you to do more, I also realized that government has been supporting you with motor bike and other logistics I do not have enough so I have with me a brand new motor bike and Chairs for you to help you operations” he said.
The Bole Immigration Commander speaking to Yagbon News said they are happy that the MP has paid them a courtesy call and so they are very grateful for the visit.
The Commander also appeal to the MP to help resolve the network issue at Chache and it is a big problem to them as Security personnels and so they plead to the MP to use his good office to see how best the network situation can be improved.
“We already sent some letters across and we know that our big men are working on it so we know that if you add your voice it will help solve the situation” he said.
Responding to the challenges the MP mentioned that he made a request to the former Communication Mister Hon. Haruna Iddrisu and he gave him a list of Communities that required the services of Network so we have Sonyor, Chache, Kablima, Sakpa, Tesilima, Dendeyiri, Jentige, Manful Ntereso and Doli.
The MP said he visit his Constituency a lot so he knows some of the challenges around and he try as much as possible to do he’s best, the people chose him to represent them and so if their concerns also he’s concerns too.
So the MP gave assurance that they are working on it to help the Immigration officers discharge their duties.
