The brothers and friends of the late Alhaji Osman Braimah Jalo a Fulani herdsman has appealed to the government for that matter the Attorney General to assist them find justice for their deceased brother.
The brothers made this appeal when the media made a follow up on the case concerning the late Fulani man.
On 27th of December 2022, some youth from Sonyo a community under Bole District went to Alhaji Jalo farm shot him including a number of his cattle.
When he was rushed to the Bole District hospital they couldn’t handle the situation and then referred him to Wenchi hospital where he passed away on 31st December 2022.
However the investigation by the police to make arrest was very easy when they took pictures of young men who were involved.
Alhaji Umar Braimah told the media that since the day Mr Jalo passed on his mother has being in comma.
He said they lost their brother including 27 cows to the whole incident.
He left ten children, wives and siblings under the care of his brothers .
Alhaji Dramani another brother of the deceased said they now leave in fear until justice prevail.
According to him if people are not deterred, people will continue do that to them with impunity.
He expressed their gratitude to the police in the manner in which they responded to the arrest of the boys but pleaded with them to arrest the rest.
He expressed gratitude to the Bole magistrate court for the manner in which the case is going but however pleaded with the high court to expedite action on the case to give them justice.
The case however has been transferred to the Tamale high court for further proceedings.
Mean while the said suspects are still remanded in Police custody while the rest are at large.
