The CEO for Vision Way who doubles as a motivational speaker in Ghana and globally took a day off his business schedules to empower the students at St. Augustine Junior High School in the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District.

One could easily tell the inspiration the students deduced from the speakers empowerment speech right from their faces.

Ernest Botah charged the students to write down their goals and start pursuing them, adding, “May you start talking like a lawyer, if you want to become one, dress like the nurse, the engineer, Minister, president you want to become one, for the future is not for those who grow into it but those who are prepared for it.

Never be discouraged by the negative opinion of people about you, just study hard, work SMART and pull out the success placed in you by God.
