The Executive Board of Lassia-Tuolu Birifor Youth Association branch under the auspices of Mr. Jonas Yelleh Dallah has organized a clean up exercise at the Lassia-Tuolu chief palace on Saturday, June 25, 2022.

This great move is part of several other strategies of branding the branch within its catchment area.

They cleared the road linking the chief’s palace to the major road as well as surroundings of the palace.

This was made through a statement issued by Doopireh John chireh, the public relations officer of the branch association.

The chief of Lassia-Tuolu Naa Mankyere Dari, in his address, expressed his appreciation to the board for the good initiative and honor given to him.

He encouraged them (Executive board) to continue the good work even when they are faced by obstacles.

He fully pledged his support to the group (BYA-Lassia branch) and his willingness to be consulted when necessary.

The chief in his kind appreciation gave a goat to the executive board for refreshment.

The branch president Mr. Jonas Yelleh Dallah appreciated the gift by the Chief and acknowledged the sponsorship of water and drinks by Mr.Andrews Wayi Tipkiri (The Branch Vice President).

He also appreciated the attendance of other executive members and pledged on behalf of the team to work effectively towards achieving the goals of the group.

Meanwhile, the board will be taking a second initiative of organizing another clean up exercise on Friday July 1, 2022.

The upcoming exercise is open to all Lassia-Tuolu BYA members as well as the entire community members,Mr John stated.

Target areas for the cleanup exercise includes; clearing of the major roads in the community and clearing the market square of dirt.
