NAGS-UEW Executives paid a visit to Effutu Chief Nana Nenyi Ghartey VII for the second time.

The Leadership of the National Association of Gonjaland Students, UEW branch in the company of some National executives on Saturday 17th July, 2021, paid a courtesy call on the Chief of Effutu Nana Neenyi Ghartey VII.

The Kantama led administration visited Nana Neenyi Ghartey VII last semester to familiarize and also seek his blessings, support and advice to aide in running a smooth and an all inclusive administration.

The leadership pledged to make it a habit of visiting the Chief to continue to strengthen the bond that exist between the Gonjaland students Association on campus and the Effutu Chief.

The executive board used the opportunity to present a beautiful Daboya made Gonja smock to Nana Neenyi Ghartey VII as our in appreciation to him for always honouring his promise of being there for them anytime they call on him.

The students believe that, it’s an opportunity to strengthen their relationship with the palace to pave way for other executives to fall on the Palace whenever the need arises.

On the part of Nana Neeyi Ghartey VII, he thanked the leadership for their continuous visit and brotherhood and admonished members through the leadership to take their academics seriously since that is the primary goal of leaving their homes to Winneba.

He further thanked the executives for designing such a beautiful smock for him and pledged his support to the leadership and members anytime the need arises.
