Bashiru Amantana, a member of the National Communication Team of the NDC, though yet to declare his intention to contest for the position of Savannah Regional Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), is already attracting growing support from some members of the party.
Following the announcement by the Party towards its internal elections, several party supporters and grassroots members have expressed confidence in Bashiru’s ability to lead the party’s communication front in the region.
They cite his experience in political communication, consistent media presence, and efforts in promoting the party’s agenda, particularly in the Savannah Region.
Supporters believe his track record in defending the party’s policies on radio and television platforms has positioned him as a strong contender for the regional role.
While the race is still in its early stages, political observers say Bashiru’s yet to be declared intention has already sparked conversations within the party about the future direction of the NDC’s communications team.
