
Jemtec Design & Solutions in collaboration with Jaksally Development Group launched The Jemtec Sun Generator in the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba at the Tunawura’s Palace.
Speaking at the launch in Tunawura’s Palace, Mr, Emmanuel Quartey , who is also the African Representative and Systems Engineer for Jemtec, told Yagbon News that the company is looking forward to establishing Solar lighting in all the villages around Tuna using their flagship Sun Generator innovation and technology.
We believe this is the new way that the government must embrace so that we will be able to reach out to those who are living in the dark, especially in the remote villages.
The Engineer stated that, Jemtec Design and Solutions holds a strong believe that in 21st century anybody should be sleeping in the darkness and this is why they have brought the Jemtec Sun Generator to the North and they trust that, they will have a collaboration or partnership venture with the government or the NGOs to see this vision come to fruition.
Jemtec believes this vision, will help create jobs for the youth and it is our aspiring desire that this project will transform the villages.
Mr. Emmanuel Quartey added that what inspired him to bring the project to the North is that he was told that at some of the clinics the nurses had to use touch light during their services, and this really touched his heart and went back to United Kingdom and they looked at technologies that will benefit the people and transform their lighting issues.
Jemtec is projecting that in five to ten years to come, our dexpectations is that every household will be using Jemtec Solar lighting solutions to totally transform these villages into Smart Villages
Statictics shows there are over 300 villages with no access to lighting and it is our vision and mission cover these 300 communities and turn them in to a smart villages.
Mr Quartey noted that at Jemtec Systems, we believe that everyone deserves access to clean, safe solar power and no matter where they live and so for millions of people across sub-Saharan Africa, the working day ends when the sun sets.

Speaking at the program, the Tunawura thanked Jemtec Design and Solutions for opening their branch in Tuna, he also recommended the products to his community people and also encourage them to purchase the Solar lighting systems for their own safety.
Tunawura also appeal to the current government to partner with the company so they can connect the solar lighting systems in the villages that are yet to get electricity and some of the CHPS Compounds that has no electricity.
“The Solar lighting systems are affordable and you can either pay in cash to buy or pay installment basis, so we encourage every household to do well and get these products he urge his community people”.
