27 students graduate from Alhuda Islamic school .

A total number of 27 students on Saturday, August 07, 2021, have successfully graduated from the Alhuda Islamic School in Bole having completed the reading of the Holy Quran.

The graduation attracted personalities from major scholars in Islam from the Savannah and Northern Regions including the traditional chief priest and the chief Iman of Bole.

Speaking on behalf of the District Director of Education Hon Jamani Bakari said citizens should not compare Islamic education to formal education as they are supposed to compliment each other.

He urged the public to take each of them serious as they both impact knowledge.

He encouraged more children to participate in the learning of the Holy Quran to instill discipline in them as they will be spiritually and morally sound for a better society.

Performing the the graduation on behalf of the teacher of Alhuda school, Alhaji Shaibu Ibn Abu Timtey ,said the ritual is a very significant activity in the culture and tradition of the Islamic religion .

He said the Khalif use to do this ritual after learning every chapter of the Holy Quran amidst the Importance of the Holy Book as it is the word of the Creator.

He urged Muslims to respect one another and not look down upon each and give it to whom it is due.

Speaking to Yagbon radio Mallam Seidu Kassim said he was very grateful to all those that honoured his invitation.

He said the ritual is very significant because is an indication that one has completed the Holy Book of Islam and is considered as a learned person in the religion of Islam.

Moreover, it indicate that the personality is well vested in the knowledge of his creator, he added.
