You deserve to be in the Regional House of Chiefs- Bolewura to Hon. Soditey

Bolewura Abdulai Safo Kutege Feso I has said Hon. Donald Dari Soditey deserves to be an Ex-officio member of the Savannah Regional House of Chiefs due to his conduct and demeanour.

Bolewura stated this when the Sawla-Tuna- Kalba constituency former law maker paid a courtesy call on him on Friday October 16, to officially introduce himself as one of the Ex-officio  members of the Savannah Regional House of Chiefs and to thank him for accepting him  to be part of the newly constituted Savannah Regional House of Chiefs which was outdoored on September 23, 2020.

Bolewura stated that he has known the law maker for a very long time and has been campaigner for unity were ever he finds himself.

“Some are not happy you accupy this position but they do not know that if I was given the opportunity to select, I would have done the same thing”, Bolewura indicated.

Bole wura added that the former lawmaker is a person who stands for unity and henceso urged him to create that unity among the Brifor communities.

Speaking on behalf of Hon soditey, Hon John K Darison said Hon. soditey has co-existed with the Gonja community for a very long time for that every Bolewura that comes has being his father and so shall it be.

He stated they were hearing a lot of issues on the ground but hearing from Bolewura has given them the strength that those who do not want this to happen will not succeed .

Hon. Soditey pledged his support in building a peaceful Bole Traditional Area.

He however, pleaded with Bolewura not to hesitate inviting him should any issue emerge from the Brifor communities to resolve them amicably.

Speaking to Yagbon News, Sawlawura Abdulai Nungbaso, who led the delegation said the Brifor’s have been here for a long time for that matter the need for them to be part of the Regional House of Chiefs.

The delegation presented assorted drinks, yams and a ram as a way of showing appreciation.

Bolewura indicated that he is yet to officially invite the Brifor Rep at the Savannah Regional House of Chiefs and his team to this years Damba festival in early November.

Hon. Soditey Donald Dari is a former Member of Parliament the for Sawla Tuna Kalba constituency and has been appointed to represent the Brifor community in the Savannah Regional House of Chiefs.
