Supporters disrupt Gonjaland Youth Association Gala Competition.

The Gonjaland Youth Association, which is holding its 2021 Youth Congress in Bole has Organised a gala competition for two Districts, thus, Bole and Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District to climax the activities of the occasion.

The competition which started on Thursday 1st April at the Bole Kurabaso school Park saw 4 teams, 2 each from the two sister Districts.

The teams included, Bole All Stars and Bole FC of the Bole District as well, STK Stars , and Kanyiti F.C from the Sawla.

Sawla STK eliminated Bole FC in the first encounter by a 3-1 score line.

Bole All stars also beat Sawla Kanyiti Stars 2-1 to proceed to the final.

The final match was supposed to be played at Kurabaso School Park but was later changed to Bosec due to a durbur been held at the Kurabaso Park.

The final game was then proceeded between Bole All stars and STK stars, whilst Abdul Rahman Muhamed scored a fantastic goal directly from a corner kick of the right hand side, Tello equalized with a penalty .

Mudashiru then scored a penalty to make to 2- 1 for Bole All stars .

The game then became very tight as “Crough” converted a perfect cross from Chief to make it 3 – 1 in favor of Bole All Stars .

Amidst cheers from the supporters of Bole All Stars,  Tello pulled one back for STK Stars after receiving a long range pass to make it 3-2.

Incessant noise, name calling and a fight between the supporters and one of the lines men compelled the referee to end the game abruptly.
