The Savannah Regional Executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has appointed seven persons into executive positions as required by the party’s Constitution.
They are Abonjua Felix, Deputy Organizer, Kofi Yaka, Deputy Youth Organizer and Fatahiya Mohammed, Deputy Women Organizer.
The rest were Ayatollah Seidu, Research and Election Officer, Fredrick Abubakari Tahiru, Communications Director, Toma Gbolo, Financial Secretary and Omar Yakubu Alfa, Deputy Nasara Coordinator.
This was made known through a statement issued by the Regional Secretary, Mr Mohammed Issah, on June 6, 2022.
The statement further added that, the Regional Executive Committee has also re-appointed all Council of Elders and Patrons who served in the last administration.
“Other Committees such as the Regional Disciplinary Committee and the Regional Finance Committee shall be formed in the coming days as stipulated in Article 9(9) of our Constitution”, the statement indicated.
“On behalf of the Regional party, we congratulate all the above patriots. The Regional Chairman and his team also wish to thank and appreciate every single member of the party for the continues support”, the statement concludes.
