The Minister of Lands and Natural Resources and the Member of Parliament for the Damongo constituency, Hon. Samuel Abu Jinapor has noted that the people of the Savannah Region have been represented better in the Nana Addo led administration than during the administration of the opposition NDC.

He made the statement during the Annual Delegates Conference of the ruling NPP in the Savannah region which was held at Daboya on Friday, 1st October, 2021.

“Even though John Dramani Mahama is our brother but the Nana Addo led administration has offered the opportunity to many individuals in the Savannah Region to serve in governance than when our own brother was in office”, he said.

Delivering his speech, Hon. Samuel A. Jinapor entreated party members to continuously work in unity to have the NPP retain the Salaga South, Daboya and Damongo parliamentary seats in the Region and even win the rest of the four seats being occupied by the opposition NDC.

“We have to break the eight and we can’t do so with mere slogans but with unity and hardwork”, he further admonished.

He also used the opportunity to thank all stakeholders who contributed to the victory of the party in the 2020 elections and assured the patriots in the region that each and every individual shall benefit from the party’s victory in due course.
