The newly Elected Savannah Regional NPP Organiser, Nana Kwame Aseda is currently embarking on what he termed as a “Thank you tour” in all the seven Constituencies to show his appreciation for their support.

According to him, there was the need for him and the former Regional Organiser Mr. Tohir to visit the people to express his gratitude because they wasted their time and energy in a long queue just to ensure that he wins convincingly in the election.

They have so far toured the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba and Bole-Bambio Constituencies and he is expected to visit the remaining five Constituencies in Region.

Speaking to Yagbon News, he expressed gratitude to the delegates for the confidence they had reposed in him and called for continual support to enable him to work for the party in the Region.

He added that ” after emerging as the winner for the Savannah Regional NPP Organiser I visited Mr. Tohir at his home and we spoke alot about how we can come together and work for the party”.

Again I last contested for the Chairman position and lost, and this time I contested for the Organiser position and God willing I won by a difference of four and this means I have to work hard and capture the four seats for the party.

He further said the last election he lost, but I never relaxed and continued supporting and working for the party, and we are trying to even organize a peace or unity walk for the party.

Mr Tohir, the former Savannah Regional Organiser added that the Thank You Tour, They were embarking currently, was initiated by Nana Kwame and I was very happy he said I should join him for the tour, this means unity after the elections.

He again said party is about numbers so we need the numbers to be able to break the eight (8), so I am calling on those who lost to see it as win for the party.
