The Wildlife of the Forestry Commission has issued a stern warning to the people of Savannah to put a stop on group hunting to be able to protect the wildlife in the area.
According to the Manager of Mole Wildlife Reserve Mr Ali Mahama said people who are into group hunting will face full force by the Commission in the Region.
He said group hunting is prohibited by law hence the practice must stop.
Mr Ali warns people who troops to Busunu, Mankpan and Daboya areas should to put a stop or face the wrath of the Commission in a joint taskforce with the Police and the military.
He said the Commission has gotten the support of stakeholders in the region including chiefs, all Dissec and the Regional Coordinating Council.
