The Bole- Bamboi constituency communication officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Bashiru Amantana has asserted that Ghanaians will continue to endure hardships as long as the New Patriotic Party (NPP) remains in power.
Mr Bashiru criticised the Akufo-Addo-led NPP government, claiming it lacks ideas and plans to improve the living conditions of ordinary Ghanaians.
Speaking at Sawla over the weekend at a 24- hour economy policy health walk championed by the constituency youth wing , Mr Bashiru urged Ghanaians not to repeat the mistakes of the previous two elections.
He emphasised that the NDC is prepared to address the economic challenges facing the country for the benefit of its citizens.
“The National Democratic Congress (NDC) is eager and ready to address Ghana’s economic challenges and provide substantial relief to Ghanaians upon assumption of office in January 2025,” he said.
He said he is optimistic that the Sawla -Tuna-Kalba constituency would retain the incumbent MP,Hon . Andrew Dari Chiwitey as he argues their contender, the NPP candidate is an alien in the constituency as he claims that he had never voted in the Sawla -Tuna-Kalba constituency.
He beseeched the constituents to again vote massively for Mr John Mahama to return to the Flagstaff house to normalize the cost of living in the country.
