The Bole District Health Directorate in the Savannah has issued a statement stating that, the Directorate will hold an awards ceremony in the District to recognize the efforts of health workers in the provision of quality health delivery in the Bole District.
According to the District Health Director, Mr. David Bakuri, committed, hardworking, and deserving staff as well as well performing health facilities in the district will receive awards of recognition.
The awards ceremony which is the first of its kind to be held by the Directorate will be held on at the Bole Nursing and Midwifery Training School on 27th March, 2021, were a number of health workers will be honored with different category of awards.
Mr David said the Ghana Health Service recognizes the issue of staff welfare and motivation as key to improving staff commitment and performance, hence the decision by the hospital management to award hardworking and deserving staff in appreciation of their contribution to improved service delivery in the hospital.
