Bole District Assembly approves composite budget.

The Bole District Assembly in the Savannah Region has approved its 2024 composite budget for the 2024 financial year.

The assembly approved the budget of Ghc 24,367,721.69 million at its meeting at Bole where assembly members approved the budget.

Addressing the House, the Presiding Member for Bole District, Hon. Jamani Bakari expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the assembly members for supporting him during the period.

The outgoing PM said within the period he admired the courage of the assembly members of holding management accountable and the support in a collective goal to develop the District.

He however wished all the aspiring members of the various electoral areas all the bhe best of luck on the 19 December polls.

The District chief executive for Bole equally expressed her gratitude to the members for their support.

She said the 2024 annual action plan is the next stage of the development phase of the District.

She said the areas captured education, health, social welfare among other areas of development in Bole District adding that the continuous push by members of assembly has really yielded results.

She wished those who are going for re-election the best of luck and assures those who are stepping down that they will always tap from them the rich experience for the development of the District.

The member of Parliament for Bole – Bamboi constituency Hon Yusif Sulemana pleaded with the electorates to retain the old assembly members for the reason that they have the experience.

The MP said the assembly members should see themselves as great personalities in their various communities because they were elected to lead.

The Presiding Member then officially dissolved the 8th batch assembly of the Bole District assembly.
