The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for the Sawla- Tuna- Kalba Constituency, Hon. Banasco Seidu Nuhu, has joined the campaign against the dangerous coronavirus (covid-19) which has taken the world by storm.

The politician cum entrepreneur in helping to curtail the spreading of the novel virus decided to donate sanitary items to car parks stations and the Sawla market in his constituency.

The items which included the now famous Veronica buckets, liquid soaps and spirits were given to car parks stations as in Wa station, Bole station, Damongo station, Tuna station, Gindabou station, Kalba station and the Sawla market.

In a brief remark by Mr Sei Yiara Daniel who spoke on behalf of the Parliamentary candidate, said the donation was in a little contribution by Banasco to compliment in the national and global war against the spread of the coronavirus which has affected lives in the country and claimed several lives across the globe.

Mr. Sei Yiara Daniel and his team after presenting the items to the beneficiary areas urged them to ensure strict adherence to the president’s advice of observing social distancing and stop shaking hands while following other protocols and measures announced by health experts.
