Bole- District NADMO Director calls on authorities to fix Seripe- Dakurpe road.

The Bole District Director of NADMO of the Savannah region Mr.Kipo Sulemana has appealed to the authorities in the district to as a matter of urgency fix the Seripe- Dakurpe road for easy movement of vehicles.

According to a statement issued by Mr. Kipo the road from Seripe heading to Dakrupe in the Bole District have some portions of it near total cut off.

The road if totally cut off residents of Dakrupe, Kiblimah, Kalidu, Tuntumba, Cloth, Kontori and Bonbir all in the Sonyo Traditional Area of the Bole District would be denied access to health care to the Bole hospital, farm produce from the communities listed above would be locked up, market women would also not be able to buy and sell in the Bole market from the affected communities, the statement added.

The NADMO Director for the Bole District is there appealed to the Regional NADMO office and the Bole District Assembly to as a matter of urgency find immediate steps in fixing the road.

Mr Kipo also has cautioned that if immediate steps are not taken between now to first week of October the road would have been totally cut off and close to an estimated population of 3, 400 residents would have been affected.
