In a heartwarming display of solidarity, the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) has extended a helping hand to the Kuga Soccer Professionals, a Division Two League team from Bole District, after their club house was ravaged by fire.
The devastating incident occurred just as the team was celebrating their qualification for the sub-middle league of the 2025/2026 Northern Regional Division Two League. The fire destroyed most of the team’s belongings, leaving them in dire need of assistance.
NADMO, true to its mandate, swiftly responded to the team’s plough by donating essential items, including students’ mattresses, bed sheets, and pillows. The items were presented to the club’s president, Mr. Kwame Adjei, also known as Pusher, by the Bole District Director of NADMO, Mr. Timothy Gbelinyari
The gesture has brought immense joy and relief to the team, who were struggling to come to terms with the loss of their club house and belongings. The NADMO team’s timely intervention is a testament to the power of community support and solidarity.
Mr. Adjei expressed his heartfelt gratitude to NADMO, saying, “We are overwhelmed with joy and appreciation for this generous donation. It’s a huge relief to our team, and we are grateful for the support during this difficult time.”
The Kuga Soccer Professionals are looking forward to a successful season, and with the support of NADMO and the community, they are poised to make a strong comeback.
