Mr Mahama Akati Raphael, the Savannah Regional NPP Youth Organizer has urged Ghanaians to renew the mandate of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in the December 7, 2020, general elections for good development policies.

He said the Nana Akufo-Addo’s administration achievements in the last three-and-a-half-years have brought relief to the citizenry unlike the eight years of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Government of Former President John Mahama.

He said President Akufo-Addo introduced programmes including the Free Senior High School, One District One Factory, Planting for Food and Jobs and NABCO among others which were enhancing the lives of the people.

Mr. Akati gave the advice in an interview with Yagbon Radio after the visit of the vice president, Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia to the Savannah Region to formally inform the chiefs and people of the newly created Region of his intention to patterner with President Akufo Addo for the upcoming December elections.

Mr. Akati indicated that the Savannah Region would forever remain grateful to president Akufo Addo for giving them a Region.

“we all know that our grandfather’s started lobbying for a Region for the past years which our own son John Mahama failed to create and it has to take the visionary leader Akufo to give us a new region”, Akati indicated.

Mr. Akati maintained that, the newly carved out Region has benefited immensely under the NPP Government as the youth of the Region are gainfully employed under the NPP Government for the past three and half years.

He said that about 2,382 youth in the Savannah Region are gainfully employed under the NPP Government for the past three and half years as NABCO has employed about 1,251 and 1,131 under YEA.

He asked the members of his party to be humble as they carry out their house-to-house visits to sell the good message of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to the people so they could win their votes for the party to retain power.
