The mission of Nasco Feeding Minds has always been to offer value to local lives, dissuading individuals from risking their lives to uncertain breakthroughs in the name of seeking greener pastures through irregular migration.

The foundation has implemented impactful projects to effect social changes by introducing digital literacy education to mitigate irregular migration.

On the 22nd of November 2024, the foundation unveiled Nascoffee, a new venture to outsource locally produced coffee to the global market, in a bold step towards enriching more local lives.

Nascoffee has received a seed investment of 1 million Euros to enhance coffee production in Ghana, with profits supporting Nasco Foundation’s digital literacy projects.

Special guests present were the Founder and Co-founder, Ousman Umar and Banasco Nuhu Seidu, Jon Uriarte(the President of Athletic Club Bilbao), Victor Nicolas Redondo Sierra (the coordinator of Nasco Spain), Chief Moomen (Creative Director, Bambu Heritage Productions), Robert Tawiah and Ernest Bolah (Senior Staffs of Nascotech), Muslim Mohammed Nuhu (the founder of Mcbancy Perfumes), and representative from Mandela Washington Fellowship.

One of the investors present from Impact Bridge, Arturo, cemented his support for this initiative by integrating the values of his company to the cause, “At Impact Bridge, our family values are Excellence, Collaboration and Making Authentic Impacts, which reflect the effects of Nasco Feeding Minds, so there is a clear value alignment.

We are convinced that we do not only need government help, businesses are a huge tool and a very significant tool to create prosperity and development.

That is why we are building this. We are building a professional and excellent business”, he said.

Nascoffee Incorporation is committed to promoting sustainability and economic empowerment.

It sources its coffee beans from smallholder farmers (mostly women), from Leklebi, Volta Region.

The Launch was crowned later in the night with a grande celebration over cocktails and thrilling performance by the Bambu Heritage Productions.

Maria Aviles, Deputy Ambassador of Spain to Ghana, Luis Miguel Veral and Sophia Afriyie from the US Embassy in Ghana graced the celebration making the night wholesome and an unforgettable one.
