Key areas of impact by HiChale include:Healthcare Infrastructure:

Constructed modern CHPS compounds (community health clinics) and residential units for staff in areas like Garkuon and Saru, equipped with solar power and clean water.

Water and Sanitation: Built solar-powered mechanised boreholes in communities like Kalba and Jieyiri.

Women’s Empowerment & Agriculture:

Supported women’s groups in Funsi with fenced, irrigated gardens using solar technology for dry-season farming.

Education Support: Provided furniture to rural schools and supported vocational training for young women.

The NGO works in collaboration with partners such as the German Embassy Accra, Aktionskreis Pater Hagen, and local stakeholders to implement these projects.
