Former President John Dramani Mahama has advised the Birifor/Dagaaba campaign team of the NDC to spend time to educate voters on the right procedure to cast their votes to reduce spoilt ballot papers on December 7, 2024.

He said the NDC was poised to win Election 2024 therefore there was the need for the members to vote massively and perfectly for a resounding victory .

Former President Mahama said this when addressing the Birifor/Dagaaba campaign team from Bole-Bamboi and Sawla-Tuna-Kalba constituencies who visited him at his office in Accra on Thursday June 29, 2023.

The group first the Former President b for receiving them and congratulated him for winning the just ended Presidential primaries to lead the party to victory in 2024.

The group bemoaned the fact that they are not able to have equal access with H.E anytime he comes to the constituency which makes a lot of them think that they are not recognized in the party.

They prayed H.E to also consider them for appointments and other jobs as they are working hard to help the party come to power in 2024.

H.E John Dramani Mahama in response promised to be fair as he has always been when he gets power in 2024 and will treat all as same.

He said all of us are the same and equal and he has always been blind to tribal differences.

He promised to streamline the mining Sector to allow the youth from our constituencies and Ghana as a whole to benefit and not limit it to some group of people alone.

The Former President said he will create other opportunities for people to start their own business in agriculture and other start up business.

He also added that they will consider as a national program to train our party agents well to defend our ballots as a way of reducing spoiled ballots in 2024.

He was confident of NDC winning the next election and assured us of fair appointments for us just as he will do to others.

Bole- Bamboi and Sawla- Tuna- Kalba MPs respectively took turns to thank his Excellency for receiving their constituents and their confidence in the group to support the party anytime.
