
The constituents of Bole- Bamboi of the Savannah Region are full of praise for their Member of Parliament who doubles as the current Deputy Minister for Lands and Natural Resources,Hon. Yusif Sulemana for his efforts in bringing developments to all electoral areas in the constituency.
The honorable MP believes the engine of growth is education, hence his passion to support educational activities in the Constituency.
The MP on February 23,2026 , cut sod for the construction of a three-unit Home Economics block to enhance practical teaching and learning, an additional sick bay facility to cater for the growing student population, and the renovation of the school’s administration block, which has become dilapidated over time.
On the same day a number of Street Lights were provided to electoral areas to brighten up the Constituency to curb the increasing crime rate within the Constituency.
The MP has never left out the security concerns of his constituents. Beneficiary communities he mentioned includes Gbogdaa,Doli,Nuoyiri,Bekweikoraa among others.
The donation was made as part of efforts to significantly improve the security system in the Constituency, particularly at night, in order to drastically reduce the number of theft and robbery cases.
According to Hon Yusif Sulemana,security has been a major challenge for the Constituency for some time, and there is a need to implement stringent measures to address it.
The District Chief Executive for the Bole District Assembly thanked the MP for his dedication to the area’s development.
He said the donation came as a huge relief to the Assembly because they had been unable to provide street lights to some areas that were in desperate need of the service.
According to him, the street lights will go a long way toward combating crime throughout the municipality.
He cautioned residents to take personal security seriously and not rely solely on security agencies to help reduce the spate of crime in the area.
The Member of Parliament again presented 400 bags of sugar to the Muslim communities in his constituency to boost their strength in their on-going annual Ramadan fasting.
The sugar would be shared among the needy in the constituency to help them towards their on-going Ramadan.
At a brief ceremony at his residence on February 23, 2026, to hand over the sugar, the MP indicated that donation of the sugar to the Muslim communities annually has become part of his duties as he does that too to the Christian Community during Christmas.
He said the sugar would be distributed equally to identifiable needy persons and all relevant stakeholders in the constituency irrespective of one’s political affiliation, tribe or background.
The donation is expected to be distributed to all the Muslim communities within the constituency to support them in their on-going annual Ramadan fasting.
The MP also used the opportunity to wish all Muslims in the constituency a successful Ramadan fasting.
He asked the Muslims to pray for unity, love, peace since there could be no development without them.
The MP also inspected ongoing works of a telecommunication network tower at Kilampobile aimed at improving network connectivity.
Other communities such as Kibilma,Doli , Chache among others are all beneficiaries of the telecommunication network towers aimed at improving mobile network services.
