The Bole District Association of Motor Fitters has held its 2nd annual graduation ceremony on Saturday 25th May 2024.

In a welcome address by Garba Tingawura Alhaji Samson, at the program, thanked the organizers of the program.

He also encouraged the newly graduated fitters to as much as possible try to open their own shops and start work so they can take care of themselves.

Chief Alhaji Samson admonished parents to encourage their children to learn handwork if education doesn’t favour them and also motivate them as well.

He also cautioned the youth not to involve themselves in any act of violence as we are gearing towards elections.

The President of Bole Motor Fitters Association (BOMFA), Master Harunah Achiaregae, said learning motor fitting is like you being in school, so those who are still learning the career should be serious because this is the 2nd annual passing out ceremony in the Bole District, and the newly graduated fitters would be awarded with Certificates which can serve as job opportunity for them.

He also advised the rest of the apprentices to be serious at work and also have respect for their masters.

The NPP Parliamentary Candidate for Bole-Bamboi Hon. Rapheal Abolasom Kumah, speaking at the ceremony mentioned that we have voted for in one particular line for so many years and that is for thirty two years now,

“though it was not a bad decision that we made, I believes that it’s about times and seasons he said”.

The PC said the time has come to change to the other side also for us to taste a different political leadership and time for us to taste a new era, and that he does his campaign devoid of insult.

Hon. Abolasom added that his government is ready to give the new apprentices the support after their graduation, and also encourage the people of Bole-Bamboi to vote for the NPP party for a change and better development

The PC for Bole-Bamboi presented an undisclosed amount to support the organizers of the program.

In an interview with the Association Chairman Mohammed Saddiq (Saddiq Motors), thanked each and everyone who came to support the graduation ceremony, most especially Tingawura who happens to be the Chairman of the program and Tampiuwura.

He also encouraged anyone who wants to learn motor fitting or any hand work to be serious and obedient to their nu masters and also take him (Saddiq Motors) as an example.
