Bole District Hospital Organizes Awards/Dinner Night.

The Bole District Hospital has on Friday 1st March 2024, organized an award scheme to celebrate hardworking and dedicated staff.

Speaking during the ceremony, the Bole District Health Director Hajia Fuseina Sulemana extended heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated staff for their unwavering commitment to providing quality care to patients.

The District Health Director, mentioned that as we celebrate our achievement we also acknowledge the invaluable contribution of our Medical Superintendent, Dr. Alphonsus Nindow under his guidance our hospital has flourished and reaching new heights of excellence in patient care, his leadership has been instrumental in shaping the culture of excellence that defines our institution today.

Hajia Fuseina Sulemana, added that to our departing Medical Superintendent, Dr. Alphonsus Nindow I want to express my deepest appreciation for your dedication, vision, and leadership your tireless efforts have not gone unnoticed and your impact will be felt for years to come.

“As we look ahead to the future of our District Hospital let’s us remain steadfast in our commitment to excellence, compassion, and innovation together we will continue to make a positive difference in the lives of our patients and our community” she said.

Mandariwura Gilbert Iddi made a speech on behalf of Bolewura Sarfo Kutugefesu (I) at the award ceremony mentioned that he is always been highly impressed about the health records of the Bole Hospital and he has always want to be part of the success story of the hospital.

Bolewura Sarfo Kutugefesu (I) also added that he’s very happy with their significant achievement as recounted by the Medical Superintendent.

The Bole Traditional council is always ready to support the health care delivery of the hospital in the district and I urge you all to always show professionalism when discharging your duties.

Yiram Bolewura noted that everybody here is an award winner but not everyone can get the awards only few can take the awards on behalf of the rest.

Out of 26 Units in the Bole Hospital, the best awards goes to the following.

2nd Runner up- Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

1st Runner up- Laboratory Unit

Overall- Isolation Unit

Awards to the best Staff

2nd Runner up- Miss Gladys Ahenkan

1st Runner up- Miss Afabli Bridget Asantewaa

Overall best Staff goes to Miss. Tahiru Muniratu Bapube

Speaking to Yagbon News Miss Tahiru Muniratu Bapube ,said believe in yourself, when I came to Bole Hospital her two incharges gave me the opportunity to be able to express her self and to be able to work as well so on behalf of everybody I say thank you so much to both incharge they are so amazing.

“I want to say a very big thank you to the management of Bole Hospital, the award team, nurses and all staff of the Hospital, she also encourage her colleagues to be had working so next year they can also received some awards”, she added.

The overall best Staff awardee works in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Bole Hospital.
