Tamale High Court orders all creditors of the late Isaac Kwaku Adjei to appear before Court.

The Tamale High Court upon hearing the applicants in the matter of the estate of Isaac Kwaku Adjei(deceased), has ordered all creditors of the late Isaac Kwaku Adjei to appear before the Tamale High Court with proof against the late Isaac Kwaku Adjei (deceased).

The order, under the seal of the High Court and signed by the Deputy Registrar, Benjamin Boye has summoned all creditors of the late Isaac Kwaku Adjei to appear before the Tamale High Court on Wednesday, the 17th day of June, 2020, at 10:00am prompt.

Background.

The late Isaac Kwaku Adjei (known as Kebey) was an indigene of Nkronza in the Bono-East Region but had been living in Sawla in the Savannah Region for more than 30 years, was a well known businessman who dealt in building materials and also ran a commercial transport business was shot dead by unknown assailants at his house.

The 65 year old businessman was shot dead on Tuesday, the 15th of March,2016 at his residence where he lives with his family and some of his workers.

According to police report three armed men invaded the house of the late Isaac Kwaku Adjei at about 7:30pm and carried out the heinous crime.

Police reports says the armed men bolted away after shooting the late Isaac Kwaku Adjei (Kebey) to death without picking any material or money from the victim.
