In a heartwarming display of corporate social responsibility, Pusher Football Club, a Division Two League side, has brought joy to five basic schools in the Bole District by donating sets of uniforms to needy pupils.

The schools that benefited from the initiative are Makuma R.C Primary, Mandari E.A Primary, Bole Methodist Primary, St. Kizito R.C Primary, and Kurabaso D.A Primary.

The gesture, made on behalf of Pusher FC and its affiliate team, Kunga Soccer Professionals, was presented by the CEO, Kwame Adjei, affectionately known as “Pusher.”

Speaking during the donation ceremony, Pusher expressed his delight in giving back to the community, emphasizing that it was part of his team’s commitment to supporting the less privileged. “We believe in nurturing the future leaders of our society, and education is key to their development. This initiative is just the beginning, and we plan to do more in the coming months,” he stated.

The donation saw twenty- five (25) pupils, five from each of the beneficiary schools, receive brand new uniforms. This act of kindness is expected to boost the confidence and morale of the pupils, enabling them to focus on their studies without the burden of inadequate school supplies.

Madam Ajaro Wayo, Girl Child Education Officer, representing the District Education Office, expressed gratitude to Pusher FC for the generous donation. She noted that the gesture would go a long way in supporting the district’s efforts to promote education and encouraged the team to continue their philanthropic activities.

As Pusher FC(Kuga Soccer Professionals)prepares to kick off its Division Two League campaign against STK Stars in Sawla, the team’s CEO is set on maintaining a winning spirit both on and off the pitch. “Our focus is not only on achieving success in the league but also on making a positive impact in the communities we serve,” Pusher added.

The gesture has been lauded by stakeholders in the Bole District, who expressed gratitude for Pusher FC’s commitment to giving back. As the team embarks on its league journey, fans and the community are eagerly looking forward to seeing the team in action, knowing that they are backed by a leadership that cares.

Pusher FC’s donation serves as a reminder that football can be a powerful tool for social change, and the team’s efforts are sure to inspire others to follow suit.
