Chairman of the Division Two League of the Northern Region Football Association Mr Mohammed Tahiru has emphatically pointed out to club owners and officials that the admistrative aspect of the game was as important as the technical and tactical aspects .
In an interview with Zakaria Tumeto Alidu on Yagbon Radio Sports program, Mr Mohammed Tahiru who oversees the Division Two League in the Savannah, North East and Northern Regions said the current league was the best he had seen.
He however said that a couple of zones including the Bole Zone had some few cases before the Disciplinary Committee.
He advised all teams to be abreast with the rules and regulations of the Ghana Football Association as well as that of the RFA particularly those regulations partarning to the running of the Division Two League.
He added that the adjudicating body would rely on the match referee’s report to fiarly rule on all matches that have ended abruptly.
The chairman also advised teams to file their petitions within 48 hours after any match they felt injustice.
He was however quick to add that if a party petioned the Committee it didn’t necessarily mean they had a case.
He concluded that his doors were widely opened for anyone who wished to contact him for any clarification.
