Three Women Honoured by CAMA in Bole.

As a demonstration of their commitment to develop themselves and invest the benefits of their education back into their communities CAMFED Association (CAMA) Network, Bole, has recognized the efforts of three distinguished women in the promotion of the wellbeing of women in the Bole District.

The three women recognized by CAMA( CAMFED Alumnae Association) are madam Elizabeth Salifu, Mama Ayishata and madam Adams Fatima.

They received a parcel each from the executives of CAMA after a dinner was organised for CAMA members at the Centre for the Federation of Disables.

The activity coincided with the International Women Day which is marked annually on March 8, to celebrate the achievements of women in economic, social, political and cultural life towards making the world a better place.

The theme for this year’s International Women Day is “ I am Generation Equality: Realizing Women’s Rights “.

Madam Fatima on behalf of her colleagues thanked the Executives of CAMA for the honour done unto them and urged the young ladies to work hard and be dedicated to their duties as the future looks bright for them.
