Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District Football Association congratulates three District coaches for partaking in a couching course organized in Tamale.

The Chairman of the Sawla Tuna Kalba District Football Association, Mr Abdul Rahman Alhassan had on behalf the football fraternity of the District congratulated three members who took part in a GFA organised License D Coaching course in Tamale.

In an interview with Yagbon Radio Sports Desk, the chairman who also holds CAF License B said: ‘Nothing in human life gets transformed unless the mind is transformed.’ It’s against this backdrop that capacity building programs have become the hall mark of the Kurt Kraku led GFA administration”, he indicated.

The GFA has rolled out the first phase of the License D Course in the various Regions.

Coach Rahman said his outfit took advantage of this and encouraged three members to take part in the Northern Region Football Association version.

The three included: the vice chairman of the District Football Association, Mr Charles Kipo, Mr Alhassan Mohammed Iddi (Gomuo) the technical committee chairman and Adam Natomah Sekerai(Nasco) who is the chairman of the competition Coordinating committee of the DFA.

The chairman explained that the knowledge and skills acquired by the would – be coaches would help the development of grassroot football in the Sawla Tuna Kalba District.

He thanked them for thier effort and urged them to make themselves available for similar programs in future.
